At Avangrid, we know it is crucial to build and maintain good relationships with our landowners. That’s why we’ve been working hard to engage with you more and to make sure you know who to contact with your questions.
Here’s how many landowners we engaged:
– We’re pleased to share that our team received and successfully resolved 1,034 landowner inquiries this year. Every question and request help us enhance our partnership, and we appreciate the continued engagement from our landowner community.
And how many landowner events we hosted:
– We hosted 28 landowner events this year, including office hours, community dinners, and informational meetings. These gatherings helped strengthen communication and ensure landowners stayed informed and connected throughout the year.
Most of our landowners say they’re satisfied with Avangrid, and we’ll keep improving:
– Landowners continue to express strong confidence in our work, with 80% reporting they are Very Satisfied or Satisfied with Avangrid, overall. This positive feedback reflects our ongoing commitment to communication, responsiveness, and partnership with the communities we serve. We will continue to work toward reaching 100% satisfaction!
We’re updating our landowner survey:
– Early in 2026, keep an eye out for our newly updated anonymous landowner survey. We’re refreshing the questions to better understand your needs and how we can continue improving our support.
– We’re also continuing our office hours at our O&M facilities, giving landowners more opportunities to stop by, ask questions, and connect directly with our team.
